Round sieve

The YA round vibration screen has a circular movement trajectory and is mainly used for the classification of dry materials such as metallurgical ore processing, coal processing, building materials, and electricity. This series of sieve adopts the most advanced ring-groove riveting, large clearance bearing oil lubrication vibrator, which has the characteristics of simple mechanism, strong durability, low noise, convenient installation and maintenance.

The YA series round vibration screen is to use the ordinary motor to drag the vibrator, so that the sieve body makes periodic reciprocating vibration along the vibration force direction, and the material continuously moves round on the sieve surface to achieve the purpose of screening.

The YA round vibration screen consists of a vibration source, a sieve body, a sieve net, a vibration absorber, and a bottom support. The sieve side plate is made of high-quality steel plates. The side plate is connected with a beam and a vibrator base with high-strength bolts or ring-groove rivets. The structure is reasonable and durable.

Installation and debugging:

1, before installation should refer to the installation diagram to make concrete foundation, pre-buried foot bolts or pre-buried steel plate plane error ≤ 3mm.

2, after installation, check and adjust the springs at all levels, so that the forces at each support position are uniform, the motor axis should be lower than the vibrator axis 3-5 mm, and the symmetry point support spring should be horizontal and equal height(error ≤ 3mm).

3, the various parts of the screen machine should be firmly connected, all bolts should be tightened before starting.

4, debug the angle of the eccentric block of the vibrator, can adjust the vibration force, so as to adjust the sieve amplitude.

5, the distance from other obstacles is not less than 100mm.

Use and maintain:

Before starting the screen machine, check that the fastener bolts are loose. If they are loose, they should be re-tightened once.

2, the screen machine empty load running time is 4-6 hours, the screen body is required to be stable, no horizontal pendulum and abnormal sound, the vibrator bearing temperature ≤ 75 °.

3, after the idling operation, the parts of the bolt should be re-tightened once.

After normal operation, check the fastening condition of each fastener bolt regularly.

5, often check the vulnerable parts, damaged or lost the spring shock absorber should be replaced in a timely manner. If the screen is cracked or worn, it should be tightened or replaced in time. 6, stop the material before parking, wait for the sieve material to finish before parking.
